Refund & Returns Policy

At Caddy & Co, we want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

Email caddyanco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorisation and the shipping address to send the item back to. Please do not ship items back without authorisation, as we may not be able to process them.

Return Shipping

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost.
  • Change of mind: You cover the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming receipt and approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few additional days.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer to exchange your item rather than refund, let us know in your return request and we'll arrange it.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items returned without their original packaging
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Your Australian Consumer Law Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

International Customers

Customers outside Australia: please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid on the original order are not refundable by Caddy & Co. Return shipping for international orders is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
