Thank you for shopping at Caddy & Co. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver your gear.

Free Shipping Worldwide

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Australia: 5-14 business days
  • New Zealand: 7-16 business days
  • United States: 7-20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10-21 business days
  • Canada: 10-21 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier capacity, customs processing, and conditions outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your parcel through to delivery. If you don't receive tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please email us at caddyanco@gmail.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside Australia, you may be required to pay import duties, customs charges, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

If a customs charge causes the parcel to be returned to us as undeliverable, we may deduct the original outbound shipping cost from any refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours and other household members
  2. Contact the courier directly with your tracking number
  3. If still unresolved after 3 business days, email us at caddyanco@gmail.com and we'll investigate

For parcels that are lost in transit (not marked as delivered), we'll work with the courier to locate them or arrange a replacement.

Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening if possible, then contact us within 7 days of delivery at caddyanco@gmail.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Multiple-Item Orders

Orders with multiple products may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. This is normal and there's no extra charge to you.
