Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on where you are:
- Australia: 5-14 business days
- New Zealand: 7-16 business days
- United States: 7-20 business days
- United Kingdom: 10-21 business days
- Canada: 10-21 business days
We process orders within 1-3 business days, then your parcel ships. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on the way.
Do you really offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on every order to Australia, New Zealand, US, UK, and Canada. No minimum order, no surprises at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships (1-3 business days after purchase), we'll email you a tracking number. Use it on the courier's website to follow your parcel through to delivery.
If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, check your spam folder first, then email us at caddyanco@gmail.com.
Why is my tracking showing the parcel is overseas?
That's normal — we work with international warehouses to keep prices competitive. Your tracking may show your parcel travelling through multiple countries before reaching you. As long as it's moving, it's on its way.
What if my order is delayed?
Sometimes parcels get held up at customs or by courier capacity, especially during peak periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe + 5 business days, email us at caddyanco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For Australian orders: no, the price you pay is final.
For international orders (US, UK, NZ, Canada): you may be required to pay import duties or local taxes when your parcel arrives. These charges are set by your country's customs and are the customer's responsibility. They're typically small for items under $200 but vary by country.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for any reason. It needs to be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by your order number.

How do I start a return?
Email us at caddyanco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorisation and the address to send the item to. Please don't send items back without authorisation — we may not be able to process them.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Faulty, damaged, or wrong item: we cover return shipping
- Change of mind: you cover return shipping (we recommend tracked post)
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing can add a few extra days.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Take photos of the damage as soon as possible (don't throw away the packaging yet), then email us at caddyanco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
Products & Quality
Will these training aids actually improve my game?
Here's the honest answer: training aids work when you use them consistently. The Putting Mirror won't fix three-putts unless you practise with it 5-10 minutes a day. The Swing Path Trainer won't cure your slice unless you commit to the drill.
What our gear does is give you immediate visual feedback — so you can see what's wrong without needing a coach watching every swing. The rest is on you.
Can I use these products indoors?
Most of our gear works both indoors and outdoors:
- Putting Mirror, Putting Mat, Grip Trainer — perfect for indoor use
- Chipping Net — great for backyard, garage, or office break room
- Launch Monitor — works indoors with a net, or outdoors on grass
- Swing Path Trainer — flexible, works on mat or grass
Do these products come with a warranty?
All products are covered by our 30-day return policy, plus your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law (or equivalent in your country). If something develops a fault outside the 30-day window due to a manufacturing defect, email us — we'll work with you to find a fair solution.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are secured via Shopify's PCI-compliant payment processing.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We never see or store your card details. Payment processing is handled entirely by Shopify Payments and your chosen provider, which are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest security standard in the industry.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we'll usually be able to update or cancel it. After that, your order may already be shipping and we can't always intercept it. Email caddyanco@gmail.com as soon as possible.
I haven't received my order confirmation email
First, check your spam or promotions folder — that's where it usually ends up. If it's still missing after 15 minutes, email us at caddyanco@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
